Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained prominence after she starred in the sitcom of Disney XD, Pair of Kings. In her beginnings she's appeared in a number of movies and TV shows. Barbara appeared in the Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, as a guest on ABC's George Lopez and played a regular role on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara starred in Neil Simon's adaptation of The Odd Couple for women as well as on stage with Hal Linden in Love Letters. Barbara performed in The New Theatre Kansas City Missouri in the production Social Security in 2012. The production aired at Jacksonville Florida, USA during the season of summer 2014.
